Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Free shipping: Orders over £200

1-3 Business days 

Shipping fee: £8.99(Orders under £140)

Free shipping: Orders over £200

EU Shipping: 2-11 Business days

Shipping fee: £14.99

International Shipping: 2-17 Business days

Shipping fee: £23.99

Please note that customs and duties fees may apply to international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We work hard to ensure that your order arrives on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or uncontrollable circumstances such as weather or natural disasters. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship out any replacement packages or refund these orders.
